2.0 Sales Deck

The deck new partners are sold with. Know it well — clients arrive on OB1 with these expectations. Never promise anything beyond what is written here and in the signed agreement.

The promise

What the deck sells

In 10 days AI Acquisition builds the agency asset — niche, offer, brand, website, CRM and first campaign. The shared first target is a signed client and cash collected.

AI Acquisition builds

  • Niche, offer, action plan and launch brief
  • Website, brand/profile, CRM and lead pipelines
  • AI SDR configuration and campaign infrastructure
  • Campaign builds, coaching and progress visibility

The client drives the momentum

  • Give fast inputs and make launch decisions
  • Run sales calls, follow up and build trust
  • Deliver quality work for the clients they win
  • Use the data to improve the next campaign

Journey

The first 120 days

01 / Weeks 1–4

Build + launch

Approve the niche, offer and assets. Launch campaign one and start taking first calls.

02 / Weeks 5–8

Convert

Build follow-up, issue proposals, handle objections and work towards a signed, paid first deal.

03 / Weeks 9–12

Deliver + prove

Onboard the first client, create a measurable result and turn delivery into proof.

04 / Weeks 13–17

Repeat + scale

Turn what works into a repeatable acquisition process and grow towards $10k/month.

The managed cohort runs 120 days; platform, training, AI access, community and remaining campaign credits continue for 12 months.

Top 10% — build momentum
  • Business experience as an employee or entrepreneur
  • Comfortable speaking with other businesses
  • Confident selling and creating value
  • Disciplined enough to follow the process and training
Bottom 5% — lose momentum
  • Delegate founder-led tasks to VAs too early — especially sales calls
  • Inconsistent effort and weak follow-through
  • Low drive, motivation and ownership

This is the deck's own argument for keeping clients on their own sales calls — use it when a client asks for a closer or VA on day one.

Support model

What clients were told about support

  • Onboarding: two private 60-minute calls to choose market, offer and launch plan, then review the build before campaign one goes live.
  • Every week: journey, sales and performance sessions tied to their current stage.
  • Open support: weekday office hours, Account Manager help and cohort community.
  • AI support: community guidance and AI sales-call reviews between live sessions.
Guarantee & disclosures

The honest picture

The revenue guarantee is defined, measured and applied solely by the signed agreement — no call, ad or video adds to it. If participation requirements are met and the tier's contracted-revenue target is not reached within 12 months, program fees are refunded less the $350 processing fee. Contracted revenue is not cash collected.

  • No typical or expected outcome — results vary enormously and many purchasers earn little or nothing.
  • Purchasing is not doing. Without consistent daily action, expect zero.
  • Gross revenue is not profit. Figures are top-line before ad spend, software, staffing and taxes.
  • The client bears the risk. Testimonials are exceptional, not typical.

Never restate, expand or soften the guarantee on a call. Point clients to their signed agreement and escalate anything you are unsure of.
